Building our home in Vail

The two fantastic golf courses, one designed by Tom Fazio and one by Greg Norman, were both recognized in Golf Magazine as Top 100 Courses You Can Play. There are only 87 homesites throughout this 700+ acre community, making it one of the least dense golf course communities in the country. The sagebrush and aspen trees provide the perfect backdrop for 14,613 yards of golf, while the native elk, deer, and birds of prey watch from their pristine habitats. The pool and tennis courts provide additional activities next to the award winning Member’s Clubhouse.
